People & Culture Business Partner (full-time)

We are looking for a hands-on ‘people person’ and creative and strategic thinker to join our team as one of two People & Culture Business Partners (PCBP).

The People & Culture Business Partners provides consultant services to a specific client-base on people related issues. As a Business Partner you will assess and anticipate needs, and through collaborative partnerships across the organisation deliver value-added ‘people focused’ service to management and employees in line with our Company culture and Values.

Some of the areas People & Culture work across include: supporting our strategic framework through recruitment, health & safety, induction & onboarding, internal and external reporting, grievance & resolution, industrial relations and administration such as developing policies and procedures.
